Why It's My Favorite:
The Strawberry Tree is a hybridized cousin to the handsome California native, Arbutus unedo. It is the perfect size for a small yard, beautiful red bark, and ornamental flowers. An up-lit multi-trunk specimen makes a stunning focal point in the evening. In the coastal climates, this plant uses little water.
