Deadhead spent blooms; prune dead or weak stems as needed.
History Bred in The Netherlands, by Kolster BV and exclusively introduced by Monrovia. Like Fire Island, also in Monrovia's Seaside Serenade® series, this is a tetraploid hydrangea bred for remarkable traits that make it naturally compact, robust, and far less susceptible to scorch and burn if a watering is skipped during summer heat. Not influenced by soil pH, the intense pink serrated florets are fat and thick, forming huge, long-lasting, ball-shaped blooms, held on extremely tough stems with thick, resilient foliage.
